One-Time Package is a total of 2-hours just once.
Your choice on how time is spent between the following areas: Resume Review, Cover Letter Review, Job Search Strategy Assessment, LinkedIn Profile Review, Interview Preparation, Mock Interviewing, or Offer Negotiation.
Turbo Package is designed for highly motivated and action oriented professionals: 4-hours over the span of 1 month with an initial 2-hour session plus 4 weekly 30-minute sessions.
Initial session includes a career overview, job search assessment, and selection on 4 specific areas of focus for subsequent sessions including: Resume Review, Cover Letter Review, LinkedIn Profile Review, Interview Preparation, Mock Interviewing, or Offer Negotiation.
All-Inclusive Package (Most Popular) is intended for the professional who wants to cover all the bases and gain momentum over time: 8-hours over the span of 3 months with an initial 2-hour session plus 6 bi-weekly 60-minute sessions.
Initial session includes a career overview, job search assessment, and outline for subsequent sessions including: Resume Review, Cover Letter Review, LinkedIn Profile Review, Interview Preparation, Mock Interviewing, and Offer Negotiation.
Steady Progress Package is customized for the professional making a career transition or re-entering the workforce: 14 hours over the span of 6 months with an initial 2-hour session plus 12 bi-weekly 60-minute sessions.
Initial session includes a career overview, job search assessment, and outline for subsequent sessions including: Resume Review, Cover Letter Review, LinkedIn Profile Review, Interview Preparation, Mock Interviewing, and Offer Negotiation.

It can seem like a challenging task to distill that information into a document, load it online to an applicant tracking system, and hope it gets seen. This service will provide a thorough review of your resume providing you revisions, edits, comments, and recommendations for making your expertise shine.
Cover Letter Review: Your cover letter is the opportunity to show the company why you want to work for them and what interests you about their role. Don’t make the mistake of only talking about yourself in this first introduction to your dream job! This session will provide you feedback on your cover letter for a specific role or type of role you are applying for.
Search Strategy Optimization Coaching: Finding a new role is hard. Knowing it’s time to make a change is the first step and asking for help is next. These coaching sessions will teach you the most effective strategies for searching and securing your next role.
LinkedIn Profile and Network Review: Is your LinkedIn Profile showcasing your professional experience to the best of its ability? Have you been utilizing your network for the greatest impact? Research shows that 85% of people moving into new roles do so because of their network. This session will ensure you’re putting your best foot forward online.
Interview Preparation (Behavioral or Case-Based): Articulating your professional experience takes practice. It’s also important to understand how job descriptions are constructed and show what the company values and what the interview questions will be. This session will provide you with structured guidelines for reviewing an offer and clear language to negotiate any adjustments.
