Key Elements
- 100% remote work with virtual meetings, teleconferencing, and email communication 
- $15 per hour and treated as an independent contractor 
- 10-15 hours per week for a 12-week period 
Requirements
- Access to a stable internet connection and technology to attend virtual meetings and conduct internship responsibilities 
- Strong skills in written and verbal communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills 
- Experience with GSuite products: Docs, Drive, Forms, Sheets and Slides 
Business Operations
Responsibilities
- Prepare and support strategic plans in conjunction with management, assess industry trends and competitive dynamics, and develop strategic company and industry overviews 
- Develop processes for industry certification, contract response, and award management 
- Draft and edit formal business proposals for governmental and corporate clients 
- Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of data for projects 
Organizational Development
Responsibilities
- Assist with development of routine or standardized instructor-led and online program materials including participant materials, leader guides, train-the-trainer materials, online training courses, and web conferences 
- Work with a subject matter expert to design training curriculum which includes creating course objectives and content designs/storyboards 
- Research new training technology, tools and best practices. 
- Maintain survey data and training database
